1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 full days before the check-in date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be subject to a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount (100%) will be charged and the booking is considered non-refundable.
Reservations marked as Non-Refundable are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
2. Payment Policy
A. Payment on Arrival (Direct Bookings Only)
Guests who choose the Pay on Arrival option are required to provide a valid credit card to secure their reservation.
A security deposit of $200 per day will be authorized (pre-authorized, not charged) on the guest’s card upon check-in.
The deposit will be released 7–14 days after checkout, subject to inspection and confirmation of no damages or outstanding charges.
B. Online Payment / Advance Payment
Guests who select online payment will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy stated above.
3. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
4. Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11: AM Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. A valid ID type and a payment method, e.g., credit card are required at check-in for verification.
5. House Rules & Guest Responsibilities
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow our house rules.
- Quiet hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
- Smoking: Non-smoking property. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
- Maximum occupancy: Each unit can accommodate up to 4 guests depending on the room type. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
- Pets: Allowed.
- Parties and events: Not allowed without prior approval.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or eviction without a refund.
6. Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or appliances during their stay. In case of damages, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the provided payment method. The accommodation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use safety deposit boxes.
7. Force Majeure Clause
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as [natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or emergencies], we reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refund reservations at our discretion. While we strive to accommodate affected guests, we are not liable for any additional costs incurred due to these events.
8. Guest Conduct and Eviction Policy
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, we reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests without a refund if they:
- Engage in illegal activities.
- Cause excessive noise or disturb other guests.
- Violate house rules repeatedly.
- Fail to settle outstanding payments.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful atmosphere.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management and service improvement. We do not share or sell your data to third parties. Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and analyze site traffic. By using our services, you agree to our privacy policy.
